ONE BOWL GAME INFORMATION
Public
Parking
Public Parking is $15. On game day all stadium lots are manned and reserved for
permit parking, recreational vehicles, charter buses, disabled patrons and a
limited amount of public parking. Only vehicles with parking permits sold in
advance will be allowed into the immediate vicinity of the stadium. Advance
Parking Permits can be purchased through www.clickandpark.com or by calling
866.330.7275. Lots will sell out. City-controlled parking lots open at 8:00
a.m.
Recreational
Vehicles:
Recreational Vehicle parking, day of game only is $25.00 and available starting
at 7:00 a.m. Overnight parking opens at 8:00 a.m. the day prior to the game and
is $75.00 per night with a two-night maximum. Advance Parking Permit purchase
is required through www.clickandpark.com. Parking is in Lot B. All tow vehicles
require a standard car permit ($15). There are no hookups, facilities or dump
stations. Dumping in the stadium lots is prohibited. The nearby Central Florida
Fairgrounds have RV facilities for extended stays. Call 407.295.3247 for more
information.
Charter Bus
Parking:
Charter bus parking is $50. Advance Parking Permit purchase is required through
www.clickandpark.com. Bus parking is on Church Street (8:00 a.m.), on Colyer
Street (10:00 a.m.), and Long Street (8:00 a.m.)
Disabled
Patron Parking
Disability Parking is $15. Advance Parking Permit purchase is required through
www.clickandpark.com. An official state-issued disability parking tag or pass
and the Bowl Parking Permit are mandatory for admission to Disabled Lots H and
M.
Shuttle
Please note: ALL shuttle information is subject to change.
The City of Orlando provides FREE non-stop shuttle service for football fans
attending the bowl game from satellite parking sites. Ample parking in surface
lots and parking garages make the shuttle a smart move. Shuttle lots and
parking garages charge $5 per car. Shuttle lots and parking garages charge $5
per car. FREE shuttle service begins at 9:00 a.m. for the Capital One Bowl.

Amelia Street, Orlando, FL 32801
Downtown shuttle picks up at Lot 1 at Amway Arena (entry on Livingston Street)
and drops off at Nashville and Church. Shuttles will run from 9:00 a.m. to
approximately two hours after the game.
• Central Florida Fairgrounds Shuttle -

Fairgrounds shuttle leaves from the Central Florida Fairgrounds and drops off
close to Carter and Tampa near the stadium. Service begins at 9:00 a.m. and will
continue until approximately two hours after the game.
Prohibited
Items
To ensure the safest environment possible, the City of Orlando and FCSports
prohibit the following items from being brought through the gates of the
Stadium: fanny-packs, backpacks, carry bags, coolers, thermos type containers,
alcoholic beverages, drugs, food, water, drinks, bottles, cans, video or audio
recorders, balls, Frisbees, umbrellas and noisemakers (air horns, bells, flags
on sticks 15 inches or more in length, whistles, sirens, etc.). Security
personnel reserve the right to inspect any item at any time and prohibit or
confiscate any item deemed inappropriate.
Gate
Information
Stadium entry will involve inspection of all bags. Fans are urged to arrive
early. For direct and efficient access to your seat(s) please enter the stadium
through the gate indicated on your ticket. All gates open two (2) hours prior
to game time.
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are sold in the stadium through the end of the third
quarter. Proper age identification may be requested.
Automatic
Teller Machines
Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) will be available inside the stadium in the
south end zone concourse and outside the stadium in front of Gates C and D.
Disabled and
Mobility Impaired Seating
(Entrance-Gate C or D, examine ticket)
Platforms and stadium rows are reserved for both wheelchair-bound and
mobility-impaired spectators. Space and quantities are limited. A reserved
ticket is required for these areas. Contact the FCSports ticket office in
advance (407.423.2476) for details. One attendant may sit with a disabled or
mobility-impaired person in the designated areas.
First Aid
Emergency Medical Services are available at the First Aid Room located in
Citrus Bowl Centre next to Service Gate D (closest seat section is 223). Roving
emergency medical personnel also patrol the stands. For assistance, contact an
usher or security person immediately.
Lost and
Found
Lost and Found items are collected at the stadium managerŐs office on the
west-side, ground-level concourse near Section 129. Found articles should be
turned over to an usher or brought to the stadium managerŐs office. After the
game, call the Stadium Office (407.849.2560) for lost items.
No Exit and
Re-Entry
Once admitted, patrons may not leave and re-enter the stadium.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the seating areas of the stadium.
Tailgating
Tailgating is permitted in City of Orlando lots. Care should be taken to avoid
traffic arriving to park in adjacent spaces. Due to capacity limitations, all
spaces are reserved for vehicles.
Tickets
Children who have not reached their 2nd birthday do not need a ticket for
admission. All other persons must have a ticket for admission to the bowl game.
Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets will not be replaced.
Umbrellas
As a courtesy to the vast majority of spectators, umbrellas are not permitted
in the stadium.

Public
ŇWill CallÓ windows for pick-up of tickets sold by Ticketmaster are located at
Gate D in the southwest corner of the Stadium. Will Call ticket windows open
two (2) hours prior to kickoff (11:00 a.m.). Picture identification is required
before tickets are released.

Player/Team Guest Tickets
Player/Team guest tickets are issued by competing institutions in the west (Big
Ten) and east (ACC) breezeways on either side of Citrus Bowl Centre, located
between Gates C and D. Player/Team guest Will Call opens ninety (90) minutes
prior to the game (11:30 a.m.). These gates are not manned throughout the game.
Fans are encouraged to make other arrangements if they expect to arrive more
than one (1) hour after the game starts.
