Capital One Bowl Kickoff -- 1:00 p.m.
Public Parking
On game day, all Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium parking
lots are staffed and reserved for permit parking,
recreational vehicles, chartered buses, and disabled
parking; with a limited amount of public parking available
on a presold basis through Click and Park. Stadium
parking permits may be purchased on-line through www.clickandpark.com
or by calling 866-330-PARK. No traffic is permitted
on stadium roads on game day without pre-paid permits.
Lots will sell out. City-controlled parking lots open
at 8:00 a.m. Public parking permits are $15 and $20.
Recreational Vehicles:
Overnight parking opens at 7:00 a.m. December 31 and
is $30.00 per day. Advance Parking Permit purchase
is required through www.clickandpark.com. Parking
is in Lot B. All tow vehicles, including BBQ cooker/smokers
and trailers, require a standard car permit ($20).
Re-entry will be allowed in RV parking on Thursday,
to re-enter lots on Thursday the permit is required
to be surrendered upon exit and will be returned upon
entry after tag information is documented. There are
no hookups, facilities or dump stations. Dumping in
the stadium lots is prohibited. The nearby Central
Florida Fairgrounds has RV facilities for extended

Charter Bus Parking:
Charter bus parking is $50. Advance Parking Permit
purchase is required through www.clickandpark.com.
Bus parking is on Church Street (8:00 a.m.), on Colyer
Street (10:00 a.m.), and Long Street (8:00 a.m.)
Disabled Patron Parking:
Disability Parking is $20. Advance Parking Permit
purchase is required through www.clickandpark.com.
An official state-issued disability parking tag or
pass and the Bowl Parking Permit are mandatory for
admission to Disabled Lots H and L.
Shuttle:
DOWNTOWN SHUTTLE – Please note: ALL
shuttle information is subject to change.
The City of Orlando provides FREE, non-stop shuttle
service for football fans attending the bowl game
from satellite parking sites. Shuttle lots and parking
garages charge $10 per car. FREE shuttle service begins
at 5:30 p.m. for the Capital One Bowl game.

Downtown Shuttle: Amway Arena 600 W. Amelia Street,
Orlando, FL 32801
Downtown Shuttle picks up at Lot 1 at Amway Arena
(entry on Livingston Street) and drops off at Nashville
and Church. Shuttles will run from 9 a.m. to approximately
two hours after the game.
• Central Florida Fairgrounds: 4603 W Colonial
Drive, Orlando, FL 32808
Fairgrounds shuttle leaves from the Central Florida
Fairgrounds and drops off close to Carter and Tampa
near the stadium. Service begins at 9:00 a.m. and
will continue until approximately two hours after
the game.
DIRECTIONS TO AMWAY ARENA
Traveling Eastbound on I-4: Take
Exit 83A, SR 50 (Colonial Drive), US 17/92 (Amelia
Street), at the bottom of the ramp, turn left. Turn
left at the next light onto Hughey Avenue. Turn right
at the next light onto Livingston Street. Parking
and the Shuttle will be on the right.
Traveling Westbound on I-4: Take
Exit 84, SR 50 (Colonial Drive). Proceed straight
ahead across Colonial Drive/SR 50 onto Hughey Avenue.
Go straight ahead and at the 2nd traffic light turn
right onto Livingston Street. Parking and the Shuttle
will be on the right.
DIRECTIONS TO CENTRAL FLORIDA FAIRGROUNDS
Fairgrounds shuttle leaves from the Central Florida
Fairgrounds and drops off close to Carter and Tampa
near the stadium. Service begins at 9:00 a.m. and

Prohibited Items
To ensure the safest environment possible, the City
of Orlando and FCSports prohibit the following items
from being brought through the gates of the Stadium:
fanny-packs, backpacks, carry bags, coolers, thermos
type containers, alcoholic beverages, drugs, food,
water, drinks, bottles, cans, video or audio recorders,
balls, Frisbees, umbrellas and noisemakers (air horns,
bells, flags on sticks 15 inches or more in length,
whistles, sirens, etc.). Security personnel reserve
the right to inspect any item at any time and prohibit
or confiscate any item deemed inappropriate.
Gate Information
Stadium entry will involve inspection of all bags.
Fans are urged to arrive early. For direct and efficient
access to your seat(s) please enter the stadium through
the gate indicated on your ticket. All gates open
two (2) hours prior to game time.
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are sold in the stadium through
the end of the third quarter. Proper age identification
may be requested.
Automatic Teller Machines
Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) will be available
inside the stadium in the south end zone concourse
and outside the stadium in front of Gates C and D.
Disabled and Mobility Impaired Seating
(Entrance-Gate C or D, examine ticket)
Platforms and stadium rows are reserved for both wheelchair-bound
and mobility-impaired spectators. Space and quantities
are limited. A reserved ticket is required for these
areas. Contact the FCSports ticket office in advance
(407.423.2476) for details. One attendant may sit
with a disabled or mobility-impaired person in the
designated areas.
First Aid
Emergency Medical Services are available at the First
Aid Room located in Citrus Bowl Centre next to Service
Gate D (closest seat section is 223). Roving emergency
medical personnel also patrol the stands. For assistance,
contact an usher or security person immediately.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found items are collected at the stadium
manager’s office on the west-side, ground-level
concourse near Section 129. Found articles should
be turned over to an usher or brought to the stadium
manager’s office. After the game, call the Stadium
Office (407.849.2560) for lost items.
No Exit and Re-Entry
Once admitted, patrons may not leave and re-enter
the stadium.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the seating areas of the
stadium.
Tailgating
Parking spaces are for vehicles only. Tailgating
items (chairs, tables, tents, etc) must be confined
to the small area in front of or behind your vehicle.
Guests who take over any additional parking spaces
to tailgate will be asked to clear out of those spaces.
No glass containers or bottles. Beer kegs, or
open fires. Fire extinguishing material is required
when grilling, no tents larger than 10’x10’
without permit, no couches or indoor furniture.
RV’s will be given enough space for awning on
one side of vehicle only. Dumping of hot coals
in the lot or trash receptacles is prohibited.
Please refrain from ball or Frisbee throwing in open
lots until lot is completely parked. Cars, tables,
chairs, barbecue grills and tents must be confined
to one stall. There should not be empty stalls between
cars and tailgaters should not expect to occupy empty
stalls near their party.
Tickets
Children who have not reached their 2nd birthday do
not need a ticket for admission. All other persons
must have a ticket for admission to the bowl game.
Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets will not be replaced.
Umbrellas
As a courtesy to the vast majority of spectators,
umbrellas are not permitted in the stadium.
Ushers
Stadium ushers serve the needs of our spectators.
Contact the nearest usher to request medical assistance
or to register complaints about objectionable behavior
by other spectators.
Will Call - Public
“Will Call” windows for pick-up of tickets
sold by Ticketmaster are located at Gate D in the
southwest corner of the Stadium. Will Call ticket
windows open two (2) hours prior to kickoff (11:00
a.m.). Picture identification is required before tickets
are released. Will Call - Player/Team Guest Tickets
Player/Team guest tickets are issued by competing
institutions in the west (SEC) and east (Big Ten)
breezeways on either side of Citrus Bowl Centre, located
between Gates C and D. Player/Team guest Will Call
opens two (2) hours prior to the game (11:00 a.m.).
These gates are not manned throughout the game.
Fans are encouraged to make other arrangements if
they expect to arrive more than one (1) hour after
the game starts.
