BUSINESS SOLUTIONS CLUB
Membership to the Canon Business Solutions Club at
the Amway Arena is exclusive to Orlando Magic Season
Ticket Holders and other VIPs. The Canon Business
Solutions Club offers a unique full buffet dining
experience and full bar, with reservation and guest
privileges. Special requests are the clubs’

MACHINES
For your convenience, Fairwinds Credit Union ATM machines
are located on the concourse level at the west end
of the Amway Arena. They are located directly behind
Sections 106 and 107 on the concourse. There is also
a Fairwinds Credit Union ATM machine outside the Amway
Arena. It is located on the east side of the building

BAGS,
BACKPACKS AND PURSES
For security purposes, only small
personal bags (purses, baby bags, etc.) will be permitted
at Orlando Venues venues and may be subject to search
at all entrances. Large bags, coolers, and backpacks
are not permitted. There are no storage lockers on
the premises. Please make sure that you leave all
unnecessary items in your vehicle. Back

BANNERS
AND SIGNS
Banners and signs are permitted at Orlando Venues
venues and may not exceed three feet in height and
a reasonable length. Banners and signs may not be
hung or fastened anywhere in the Amway Arena. Poles
to display banners or flags are prohibited. Banners
and signs must not be commercial in nature, obscene
in any way or cause any disturbance with other fans.
The Orlando Venues reserves the right to remove any

The Amway Arena box office hours of operation are
Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and three
(3) hours prior to any event. The Amway Arena box
office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express,

TICKET POLICY
The Amway Arena requires children that have reached
their 2nd birthday by the date of the show to have
a ticket for entry. Please check in advance by calling

CAMERA
AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Orlando Magic Games
Small cameras are permitted in the Amway Arena. Small,
personal video cameras are permitted for videotaping
pregame, halftime, and postgame activities. Under
no circumstance is the basketball game itself allowed
to be videotaped. Anyone observed videotaping the
basketball game will be asked to remove the camera
from the Amway Arena. All professional cameras and
video equipment (members of the media or freelance
journalists) must be credentialed through the Orlando
Magic communications department by calling 407.916.2623.

CONCESSIONS
Concession stands are located throughout the Amway
Arena on the concourse. Hot dogs, popcorn, cotton
candy, nachos, combo meals, chips, peanuts and candy
can be found in designated concession stand stations.

- A Bunch of Hot Dogs serving gourmet hot dogs of all kinds is located
behind Section 103.
Pizzeria Uno serving Chicago Style Pizza is located behind Sections 218
and 236.
- Subway serving fresh submarine sandwiches is located behind Sections
219 and 201.
- Hoopla Grill serving hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, french
fries, chips, soft drinks and cold beer is located behind Section 116.
- Barnie’s Coffee and Tea serving gourmet coffee and coolattas
is located behind Sections 105 and 108.
- Time-Out Lounge is a full-service liquor bar serving assorted wines,
select import draft and bottled beer, frozen drinks, soft drinks, and
bottled water is located behind Sections 108 and 119.
- Johnny River’s Smokehouse serving bourbon chicken and Cajun
rice, pulled pig hoagies, chips, soft drinks and cold beer is located
behind Sections 207 and 225.
- The Carvery serving assorted carved sandwiches, roast beef, turkey,
prime rib, and tenderloin, is located behind Sections 103 and 114.
- City Deli serving Philly cheese steaks, beef and chicken fajita wraps,
and nachos supreme is located behind Section 104.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
The Orlando Venues accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover
credit cards. Credit Cards are not accepted at the Concession Stands (food
and beverage) at the Amway Arena, but are accepted at the retail stands.

DISABLED GUEST ACCESSIBILITY
The Orlando Venues is wholly dedicated to serving the needs of our disabled
patrons, and ensuring that their entertainment experience is as memorable
as possible.
The Orlando Venues provides disabled parking options at the following parking
lots (also designated on map below):
LOT 1, CPF I Garage, CPF II Garage, LOT 5, LOT 6, the Courthouse Garage,
and the lot directly in front of the Amway Arena Box Office, when available.
Patrons are encouraged to plan accordingly for parking on the day of their
event, and to check the Orlando Venues website regularly for event parking
alerts.
The Amway Arena seating for patrons in wheelchairs is
located on the top row of our lower bowl level unless
otherwise stated. Patrons with limited mobility
who require special seating are encouraged to call the
Box Office to speak with a ticketseller for more information.

ELEVATORS
Elevators are located on the east side of the Amway
Arena for those guests who cannot navigate the stairs
on either the north or south sides of the Amway Arena.
These elevators are found by entering the double glass
doors directly to the right of the box office windows.

EMERGENCY
EVACUATION
In the event of an emergency during a game, the Orlando
Magic staff will utilize the public address system in
the Amway Arena to inform our guests of the situation
and any instructions as applicable. All exits and emergency

TICKETS

to one of our signature group shows, now’s the

Disney On Ice, Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey,
Superbowl of Motorsports, Stars On Ice and the annual
Celebrity Mascot Games, just to name a few. Call the

CONDUCT
The Amway Arena is committed to providing a fun, entertaining,
exciting and safe environment for all of our guests.
Those guests interfering with the event or causing offense
to other guests may be asked to leave the facility and

If you lose an item during an event, please contact
the Orlando Police Department Office located on the
east concourse near Sections 107 and 108. Found items
can be turned into the Orlando Police Department Office
on the east concourse. Unclaimed items will be donated

the Amway Arena Security Control office at 407.849.2085.

RECYCLING
PROGRAM
Next time you’re at Amway Arena cheering on the
Blue and White, take time to Think Green®. The Orlando
Magic, in partnership with Waste Management and the
City of Orlando, has brought “single-stream”
recycling to the Amway Arena.
Waste Management’s recycling program uses advanced
technology that allows you to deposit all of your recyclables
in one container. You can toss into one of our 62 convenient
recycling containers:
• Paper: Programs, schedules,
posters/signs, milk and juice cartons, newspaper, magazines,
coffee cups (no lids or straws), popcorn boxes (must
be empty).
• Plastic: Water bottles, soda
bottles, cups (no lids or straws), beer containers.
• Aluminum drink cans.
· Glass bottles
Please help us also keep trash out of the recycling
containers. As a general rule, food containers or items
that have food on them cannot be recycled (with the
exception of completely empty popcorn boxes).
We hope that you will join the Magic in recycling at
the Amway Arena. Single-stream recycling is a slam dunk.

Guests may not re-enter the Amway Arena and are strictly

Public restrooms are conveniently located behind the
red tiled walls in each corner of the Amway Arena. All
restrooms have diaper-changing stations available and

SEARCH
PROCEDURES
In the interest of guest and staff safety, a search
process is required by the Amway Arena and the National
Basketball Association. The purpose of this search is
to prevent guests from bringing into the Amway Arena
unauthorized and prohibited items. guests who refuse
to submit to either visual or pat down searches will
be refused entry. Security personnel will conduct these
searches. The guest must throw the prohibited item in
the trash or return the item to their vehicle. Search
sticks may be used to move items around, if necessary,
the guest should remove items in question. Back

security checks by searches, pat downs, and/or metal
detecting equipment.
_ Baby bags and purses will be allowed in, but will
be inspected at all entrances.
_ Large bags, coolers, and backpacks will not be allowed
to enter the building.
_ Upon exiting the Amway Arena, fans will not be allowed
to re-enter for any reason.
