The Orlando Venues is comprised of 6 venues including Amway Arena,
Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre, Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium, Tinker Field and
Mennello Museum.
ANIMALS
The Orlando Venues welcomes Guide or Assistance Dogs utilized by the
disabled or visually impaired. All other animals are prohibited.
ATM MACHINES
For your convenience, an ATM on the main floor center lobby.
BAGS, BACKPACKS AND PURSES
For security purposes, only small personal bags (purses, baby bags, etc.)
will be permitted at Orlando Venues venues and may be subject to search
at all entrances. Large bags, coolers, and backpacks are not permitted.
There are no storage lockers on the premises. Please make sure that you
leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle.
BOX OFFICE
The Amway Arena box office hours of operation are Monday through Friday
from 10 am to 6 pm. The Amway Arena box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover. For more information, please call 407.849.2020
and select “5”. The Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre Box Office
is open during events only.
CAMERAS AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Camera and video equipment policies vary per show. Please call the Amway
Arena box office for camera and video equipment policies at 407.849.2020
and select “5.”
CHILD TICKET POLICY
The Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre requires children that have reached their
2nd birthday by the date of the show to have a ticket for entry. Please
check in advance by calling 407.849.2020 and select “5.” Age
requirements may vary with each show.
CONCESSIONS
A variety of concession items are available during events.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
The Orlando Venues accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover
credit cards. Credit Cards are not accepted at the Concession Stands (food
and beverage).

DISABLED GUEST ACCESSIBILITY
Disabled guests may access ramps on the East and West main entrances. The
West ramp provides access to the box office off of the main plaza. On the
East side off the Bob Carr Plaza, disabled patrons may gain access through
the marked door. This entrance allows disabled patrons access to the premium
seating area. The Bob Carr can accommodate a wheel chair and companion,
as well as patrons with limited mobility. Limited mobility patrons may also
enter the West side of Bob Carr to access the premium seating area. For
hearing impaired patrons, guest Relations offers Sonic Ear that can be checked
out by patrons to give them a direct sound feed to earphones.
During Broadway shows, patrons can request a signed performance from the
Broadway office by dialing
407 423.9999. Requests must be made four weeks prior to the show.
DOORS OPEN
Doors open one hour prior to show time or unless otherwise stated. Please
contact the Amway Arena box office for specific shows at 407.849.2020 and
select “5.”
ELEVATORS
The Bob Carr has one elevator in the front of house/lobby area and is located
on the East side of the lobby near the entrance.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION
In the event of an emergency, the Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre staff
will inform our Guests of the situation and any instructions as applicable.
All exits and emergency exits are posted with appropriate signage.

FIRST AID STATIONS
The Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre has an Emergency Medical Technician
on duty from the Orlando Fire Department. Medical staff is stationed in
the First Aid room, located on the East side of the first floor lobby. Bob
Carr is also equipped with an AED in the First Aid room.
GROUP TICKETS
If you’ve ever thought about bringing a group to one our signature
group shows, now’s the time! The Orlando Venues offers group ticket discounts to events like Care Bears Live, Bear in the Big Blue House, Dragon Tales, Sing Live and many more! For Broadway group tickets, please contact Florida Theatrical Association’s group services department at 407.423.9999 x17
GUEST CONDUCT
The Orlando Venues is committed to providing a fun, entertaining, exciting
and safe environment for all of our guests. Those guests interfering with
the event or causing offense to other guests may be asked to leave the facility
and may be subject to prosecution.
LOST AND FOUND
If you lose an item during an event, please visit Bob Carr Guest Relations.
During business hours please call the Orlando Venues receptionist at
407.849.2000 and request Bob Carr Lost and Found. Unclaimed items will be
donated to charity after 30 days.
LOST TICKETS
In the event that you lose your tickets, please contact the organization
through which you purchased your tickets, either the Amway Arena Box Office
or Ticketmaster. If you purchased your tickets through the box office, please
call 407.849.2020 and select “5.” If you purchased your tickets
through any Ticketmaster ticketing services, please call 407.839.3900.
MERCHANDISE/SOUVENIRS

PARKING

RESTROOMS (PUBLIC)
Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre has three women’s restrooms (East/West
and center) on the main floor of the lobby and one gentlemen's restroom
(center). On the mezzanine level, there is a women’s restroom (West
side) and men’s restroom (East side). In the rear of the balcony center,
is a men's restroom and a women’s restroom on the West side.
SEARCH PROCEDURES
In the interest of guest and staff safety, a search process is required
by the Orlando Venues. The purpose of this search is to prevent guests
from bringing into the Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre unauthorized and prohibited items. guests
who refuse to submit to either visual or pat down searches will be refused
entry. Security personnel will conduct these searches. The guest must throw
the prohibited item in the trash or return the item to their vehicle. Search
sticks may be used to move items around, if necessary. Any items in question
should be removed by the Guest.

The Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre has seating capacity for 2,431 guests.

SECURITY
The Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre has implemented a number of additional
security measures for the protection of everyone attending an event at our
venues. We apologize for any inconveniences you may experience.
Please be aware of the following:
_ Patrons entering the Amway Arena may be subject to security checks by
searches, pat downs, and/or metal detecting equipment.
_ Baby bags and purses will be allowed in, but will be inspected at all
entrances.
_ Large bags, coolers, and backpacks will not be allowed to enter the building.
_ Upon exiting the Amway Arena, fans will not be allowed to re-enter for
any reason.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted inside Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre.
STROLLERS
Strollers are not permitted in the Bop Carr Performing Arts Centre.
TICKET FRAUD
Ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability.
Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation,
which may result in relocation, revoking of tickets or ejection.
