The Orlando Venues is comprised of 6 venues including Amway Arena,
Carr Performing Arts Centre, Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium, Mennello Museum and Tinker Field.
ANIMALS
The Orlando Venues welcomes Guide or Assistance Dogs utilized by the
disabled or visually impaired. All other animals are prohibited.
ATM MACHINES
For your convenience, there are 4 to 6 locations inside and outside the
stadium depending on the size of the event. Primary locations include west
breezeway area of the Citrus Bowl Varsity Club (Admin Bldg.) across from
section 122, East Concession stand area near section 110, Outside Gate C
and other others as determined by event needs.
BAGS, BACKPACKS AND PURSES
For security purposes, only small personal bags (purses, baby bags, etc.)
will be permitted at Orlando Venues venues and may be subject to search
at all entrances. Large bags, coolers, and backpacks are not permitted.
There are no storage lockers on the premises. Please make sure that you
leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle.
BOX OFFICE
The Amway Arena box office hours of operation are Monday through Friday
from 10 am to 6 pm. The Amway Arena box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover. For more information, please call 407.849.2020
and select “5”. The Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre and the Florida Citrus Bowl Box Office
is open during events only.
CAMERAS AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Camera and video equipment policies vary per show. Please call the Amway
Arena box office for camera and video equipment policies at 407.849.2020
and select “5.”
CHILD TICKET POLICY
The Florida Citrus Bowl requires children that have reached their 2nd birthday
by the date of the show to have a ticket for entry. Please check in advance
by calling 407.849.2020 and select “5.” Age requirements may
vary with each show.
CONCESSIONS
Concession stands are located throughout the stadium serving a variety of
food. Hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy, nachos, combo meals, chips, peanuts
and candy can be found in designated concession stand stations. Bottled
water, soft drinks, and cold draft beer accompany the wide range of food
selections.
The Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium has 27 permanent concession stands with
11 on the 100 level, 8 on the 200 level, and 8 on the 300 level. In addition,
we also provide several sub contractors and beverage portables on the ground
level.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
The Orlando Venues accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover
credit cards. Credit Cards are not accepted at the Concession Stands (food
and beverage).
DIRECTIONS
FROM INTERSTATE 4:
Eastbound traffic should exit at Orange Blossom Trail, proceed North (right)
on Orange Blossom Trail to the Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium. Event signs
will lead you to the stadium. Westbound traffic should exit at Colonial
Drive/SR 50 and proceed West (right) on Colonial Drive to Orange Blossom
Trail. Proceed South (left) on Orange Blossom Trail. Event signs will lead
you to the stadium.
FROM SR 408 (E/W EXPRESSWAY toll road):
Eastbound traffic should exit SR 408 at Tampa Avenue. Event signs will lead
you to the stadium.
Westbound traffic should exit SR 408 at Rosalind Avenue and proceed West
(left) on South Street. Event signs will lead you to the stadium.
FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
North airport exit to SR 436 (Semoran Blvd) and proceed North to SR 408
(E/W Expressway toll road) Westbound. Exit SR 408 at Rosalind Avenue and
proceed West (left) on South Street. Event signs will lead you to the stadium.
DOWNTOWN SHUTTLE
Vist our Parking Advisories section for the most up to date downtown shuttle information.
The shuttle service runs from 78 W. Central Blvd. (easily accessible from
all downtown parking lots and garages) to a designated stadium stop near
Gate B at the Stadium. Buses run continually through the game and end two-hours
after the game. Many pre-game and post-game festivities in the downtown
area are within easy reach when using the downtown parking shuttle.

From State Road 408 (East/West Expressway)
Approaching eastbound, exit on to Orange Avenue. Turn right on to Orange,
proceed to South Street and turn left. Turn right on Garland Avenue to access
surface parking under I-4 and downtown parking garages. Approaching Westbound,
exit on Rosalind Avenue and turn left on South Street to downtown Orlando.
At Garland Street turn right to access surface parking under I-4 and downtown
parking garages.
DISABLED guest ACCESSIBILITY
Disabled parking is in lot H of the stadium at Rio Grande and Citrus Bowl
Place. Disabled enter through Gate C of the stadium, but will be accommodated
at all gates.
DOORS OPEN
Doors open one hour prior to show time or unless otherwise stated. Please
contact the Amway Arena box office for specific shows at 407.849.2020 and
select “5.”
ELEVATORS
The press/media box elevator is located on the West side of the stadium
across from section 128. The Club Suite/Skybox elevator is located on the
East side of the stadium across from section 112.
There are four (4) escalators provided for public use. We have 2 escalators
that support the 300 level - one inside gate C and one inside gate D. There
are two (2) escalators that support the 200 level - one inside gate C and
one inside gate D.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION
In the event of an emergency during an event, the Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium
staff will utilize the public address system to inform our guests of the
situation and any instructions as applicable. All exits and emergency exits
are posted with appropriate signage.
FIRST AID STATIONS
The primary first aid office is located in the Varsity Club building at
Service Gate D across from section 123. There are also roving medics throughout
the stadium.
GROUP TICKETS
If you’ve ever thought about bringing a group to one our signature
group shows, now’s the time! The Orlando Venues offers group ticket discounts to events like Superbowl of Motorsports, Supercross, WWE and many more
GUEST CONDUCT
The Orlando Venues is committed to providing a fun, entertaining, exciting
and safe environment for all of our guests. Those guests interfering with
the event or causing offense to other guests may be asked to leave the facility
and may be subject to prosecution.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost and Found is located in the Stadium Mangers Office during events across
from the press box elevators near section 128. Patrons can call 407.849.2560
or 407.849.2085 following the event for information on lost items.
LOST TICKETS
In the event that you lose your tickets, please contact the organization
through which you purchased your tickets, either the Amway Arena Box Office
or Ticketmaster. If you purchased your tickets through the box office, please
call 407.849.2020 and select “5.” If you purchased your tickets
through any Ticketmaster ticketing services, please call 407.839.3900.
MERCHANDISE/SOUVENIRS
Merchandise and souvenirs are available during select events.
PARKING
The Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium has approximately 5,850 public parking spaces
available and for major events public shuttles are provided. Visit www.orlandovenus.net for detailed shuttle and parking information.
RESTROOMS (PUBLIC)
The Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium has 55 restrooms - 26 on the 100 level,
11 on the 200 level and 18 on the 300 level.
SEARCH PROCEDURES
In the interest of guest and staff safety, a search process is required
by the Orlando Venues. The purpose of this search is to prevent guests
from bringing into the Florida Citrus Bowl unauthorized and prohibited items. guests
who refuse to submit to either visual or pat down searches will be refused
entry. Security personnel will conduct these searches. The guest must throw
the prohibited item in the trash or return the item to their vehicle. Search
sticks may be used to move items around, if necessary. Any items in question
should be removed by the guest.
SEATING CAPACITY
The Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium has seating capacity for 70,000 guests.

SECURITY
Orlando Venues has implemented a number of additional security measures
for the protection of everyone attending an event at our venues. We apologize
for any inconveniences you may experience.
Please be aware of the following:
_ Patrons entering the Florida Citrus Bowl may be subject to security checks by
searches, pat downs, and/or metal detecting equipment.
_ Baby bags and purses will be allowed in, but will be inspected at all
entrances.
_ Large bags, coolers, and backpacks will not be allowed to enter the building.
_ Upon exiting the Florida Citrus Bowl, fans will not be allowed to re-enter for
any reason.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted inside Florida Citrus Bowl.
STROLLERS
Strollers are not permitted in the Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium.
TICKET FRAUD
Ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability.
Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation,
which may result in relocation, revoking of tickets or ejection.
